Job Description

The Crowther Group, a Commercial General Contractor in Dallas Texas is seeking a motivated experienced Construction Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Working in a collaborative team environment, the Construction Proposal/Marketing Coordinator will provide support for strategic construction proposals and presentation development and various advertising, PR, and promotional programs for the company. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of high-visibility, high-impact initiatives for the company. Candidate must be highly organized, a strong communicator, a skilled writer, and demonstrate creative design and critical thinking proficiency. Flexible scheduling. Qualifications

· Bachelors in Marketing/Communications

Must be highly organized, a strong communicator, a skilled writer, and demonstrate creative design and critical thinking proficiency. They must have previous construction proposal preparation and proofreading experience, no exceptions.

· Three to five years of A/E/C experience required.

· Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills are required.

· Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills

· Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate.

· Ability to work under tight deadline pressure.

· Positive attitude/support mentality

· Knowledge of photography

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities

· Working in a collaborative team environment, the Construction Proposal/Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Marketing for strategic construction proposal and presentation development and various advertising, PR, and promotional programs.

· Proposals/Qualifications - Serve as a champion for construction proposal preparation and qualifications review/responses for private and public opportunities.

· Procurement Portals - Responsible for maintaining all procurement portals with public institutions and communicating potential project opportunities to regional leadership.

· Client References– Manages library of client references ensuring that references are gathered at the appropriate time for all projects.

· Maintain Boilerplate Inserts – Contact the appropriate department/individual annually to receive updated W-9, financials, bonding letter, bank reference letter, insurance letter, and safety manual.

· Maintain employee resume templates used for construction proposals.

· Assist with social media postings.

Education

BA/BS in Marketing or Communications

with a minor in Construction Management or knowledge of the construction industry. Construction knowledge is required.
