POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing VP, collaborates across departments, and provides a wide variety of programmatic support to the Program Team. The Program Marketing Manager is a resourceful, creative, and collaborative self-starter who is passionate about ecoAmerica’s mission, a strong communicator and project manager, and highly proficient with a range of professional workflow and online applications.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnerships Project Management (45% of time)

  • Provide support for partnership recruitment including preparation of partner briefs, plans, presentations, communications, and moves management.
  • Support new partner onboarding, including launch planning, updating listings, and preparation and delivery of cobranded partnership materials, web mockups, and promo packages. With Sector Director, confer with partners on implementation.
  • Support onboarding of new Leadership Circle Executive Committee members, including updating and reporting on listings and facilitating the delivery of welcome materials.
  • Drive tracking (and Bit.ly links), fulfillment, and reporting on partnership plan progress.

Program Communications (40% of time)

  • In collaboration with team, facilitate content updates for program and campaign websites, and for social media updates and engagement. Metrics tracking/reporting.
  • Support key Zoom-based trainings, meetings, and webcasts. Back up asset development for campaigns, websites, and social within designed templates. Back up editing and uploading video assets from recorded online events.

Network Department Operations Management (15% of time)

  • Draft materials/presentations for key meetings; drive input, distribution, and cataloging.
  • Facilitate weekly Program meeting.
  • Track and report updates on metrics and success stories for program partner activities, plus quarterly Scorecards and metrics driven results reports.
  • Maintain and report updates on program related documents including leader lists.
  • Manage the info@ecoamerica.org inbox.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • College degree preferred and 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Superior project management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, a proactive self-starter and problem-solver. Able to plan and execute details and manage multiple priorities to ensure accuracy and high-caliber, efficient implementation in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to work simultaneously with multiple staff in different time zones.
  • Superior writing, communications, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Outgoing and polished demeanor along with a strong professional presence. Must be able to communicate professionally with many levels of a national nonprofit organization.
  • Understanding of and passion for ecoAmerica’s mission and climate/sustainability and commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Suite, WordPress, MacOS, and social media abilities. Proficiency with Canva, Bit.ly, video editing, Mobilize, and Salesforce a plus. Tech-savvy.
  • An eye for design/creativity; ability to work effectively within basic design templates.

 

ADA SPECIFICATIONS 

This position is largely sedentary in nature however one must possess the ability to speak, hear, and write as well as the ability to use a computer and related software programs, and lift up to 20 lbs. Local and/or national travel periodically required.
