Proposal Writer

Proposal Writer Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end proposal development, including statements of qualifications and other marketing efforts. Collaborate company-wide to gather necessary information for RFP requirements and lead the creation of proposal documents from inception to delivery.

Hiring Requirements for Proposal Writer:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, graphic design, technical writing, English or equivalent.
• Two to five years relevant experience in the construction or engineering field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, preferred.
• Knowledge of Procore Construction and CRM software preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-dependent, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and with varying expertise.
