Manager, User Experience | Houston, TX

Adcetera is seeking a visionary and results-driven Manager, User Experience to lead our comprehensive suite of user experience services. As the Manager, User Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer journey, driving service line growth, and owning the agency's capabilities presentations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead client conversations, mentor a growing team, and align customer experience initiatives with the agency's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Develop site maps, information architecture, and wireframes to visualize the structure and layout of digital assets.
• Lead the development and execution of user-centered design strategies to optimize the overall user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.

Leading Client Conversations:

• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading conversations about customer experience strategy and digital design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.

Growing and Mentoring a Team:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of UX designers, researchers, and strategists.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to support team growth and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in user experience design, information architecture, and user experience strategy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations and mentor a team effectively.
• Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive UX decisions and measure impact.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools including Figma.
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
