Job Description

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Specialist - Integrations is responsible for providing cross-functional business integration support to the Integration Advisors in order to enhance and promote a seamless, rapid integration experience in for pre and post deal integration activities. This position will also be responsible for adapting acquisition plans to suit specific needs of acquired businesses. The individual in this role will also provide support for the execution of individual integration plans in an effort to successfully integrate acquired businesses, and may be the sole conduit between businesses during an acquisition.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, where the roles and responsibilities are evolving in response to the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and disseminate documents detailing processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and execute the onboarding activities for newly acquired firms that include, but are not limited to, business cards, stationary, equipment, telephone set up, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop/follow integration processes for vendor implementation and data processing flow using current tools and software.
  • Create documentation for future reference, training, and support of subsequent integrations.
  • Assist new acquisitions with obtaining operational answers and create seamless handoff to internal teams for immediate problem resolution, follow up, and close out of any issues.
  • Work closely with Integration Advisors on acquisition initiatives that involve troubleshooting, support, or development of custom modifications.
  • Participates on projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS

  • Familiar with service-related matters to meet the needs and requests of Wealth Management clients and their accounts.
  • Experience with new business processing of client accounts, on-boarding responsibilities associated with new accounts, and ongoing maintenance of the accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management family office environment or investment services support experience.
  • Knowledge of equity securities, fixed income securities, and various pooled investment vehicles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Adobe).
