The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Specialist to support strategies and tactics to increase deal volume and brand awareness. The Marketing Assistant will assist on projects throughout their lifecycle that fit into overall sales and marketing strategies.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Be execution oriented
• Possess a strong ability to implement, follow up, and monitor the performance initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials
• Assist with organizing events, trade shows, or promotional activities
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
• Assist with the creation and optimization of digital marketing content across various platforms

What you need:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
• Outstanding organizational skills, including attention to details and planning
• Knowledge of general financial and cost accounting
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
• Ability to prepare reports and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills and be a team player
• High School degree/GED
• Previous work experience (internship or entry level position) in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a PLUS!
• Experience in Canva is a PLUS!
