We are looking for an experienced freelance Accountant highly proficient in the Intacct software system for our outsourcing company in Peachtree Corners, GA. We provide five individual streams of services - Accounting, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Administrative Assistance, and Human Resources.

Compensation And Benefits:

• $18 - $24 per hour*

Your Responsibilities

• Interface with clients reviewing the status of their accounts and financial reporting

• Record day-to-day financial transactions

• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations for all associated accounts

• Verify transactions are recorded correctly

• Obtain monthly reporting for each account and review with Account Management

• Enter financial data and expenses

• Pay bills

• Enter payroll information as needed

• Issue invoices and checks as needed

• Document journal entries when applicable

• Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts

• May assist clients with their W9s at the end of the year for tax purposes

Qualifications We Require:

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting

• 4+ years of hands on experience with Quickbooks Online

• 4+ years of hands on experience with Sage Intacct

• Must be tech-savvy and highly proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing

• Ability to multitask with various assignments

• Possess sharp follow through skills
