We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the social media manager in developing and implementing social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to work with various social media platforms, create and curate content, and assist in the management of social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the social media manager to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand image and target audience
Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages; respond promptly and appropriately
Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Conduct market research to identify social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices
Track and analyze social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms; provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and performance

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
Basic understanding of social media advertising and marketing concepts
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
