Job Description
Two Maids is currently seeking an ambitious highly motivated Business Office Manager to spearhead our client expansion initiatives.
This position offers a favorable work-life balance with no night shifts, weekends, or holidays required. Two Maids Cleaning shares our work location with Budget Blinds and is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Sales Marketing and CRM Manager position, for our Two Maids Cleaning business in Boca
Utilizing a state-of-the-art database, the chosen candidate will support the business owner in tracking all communications, nurturing relationships with clients and leads, enhancing customer service, improving retention rates, and driving sales growth.

Please do not apply if you are not willing to complete a residential cleaning when needed.

Office Manager Qualifications:
Must enjoy home cleaning.
Must be a very organized individual.
Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am 3:00 pm.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Requires great customer service mindset.
Have a vehicle that can be driven to select customers homes, valid drivers license, and car insurance (minimum liability).
Ability to pass a background check.
Have an excellent work ethic, problem solving, critical thinking and verbal & written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED, bachelors degree in business, accounting or related a plus
Minimum of one year office management with a minimum of one year CRM system use and similar experience showing increasing responsibility over time.
Experience of B2C sales, marketing, IT and accounting/billing will help you achieve success.

Office Manager Responsibilities
Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
Payroll processing of all employees.
Answer all phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers and employees and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Other duties include keeping up with excessive laundry, ordering supplies, restocking bags/supplies/caddies, servicing vacuums, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage 1or2 CRM systems effectively. A customer relationship management (CRM) specialist manages the technology of Two Maids to improve sales, marketing, and personnel management.
The responsibility is to maximize the efficiency of the CRM software to improve customer and employee care. Office Management is the liaison between customers, employees, and the CRM software. The role of a CRM specialist affects sales, customer service, and brand image. To successfully find ways to optimize complex CRM software programs, market effectively to current and potential customers using analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, happy personality, solid communication, and organizational skills, and be a leader with good collaboration.
