Provide Strong management and leadership skills to ensure the quality of professional services. The Social Services Director will manage all administrative functions necessary to secure and maintain program funding and oversee the professional delivery and efficacy of all clinical and supportive services within the Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to staff, agency and community in the provision of relevant social service.
Enhance existing revenue streams and identify new alternative sources of funding.
Prepare proposals, applications and other materials needed for programs' funding.
Review, evaluate and implement procedures needed to ensure the high quality of services and performance improvement.
Plan, evaluate and assess service needs to refine present programs and develop new services.
Provide leadership to staff in implementation of new initiatives and projects.
LCSW or LPC Preferred
Advocacy, community outreach and networking
Represent the agency in meetings and events with elected representatives, public and private agency in the meetings and events with elected representatives, public and private agencies and prospective donors.
Disseminate information about the needs of Polish-American community to relevant organizations and partners.
Attend networking meetings and conduct community outreach.
Data Collection
Collect, organize and manage client data and program outcome metrics.
Prepare external and internal reports as required by funding sources and PAA's Executive Director
