We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information along with resolving technical issues. Generous sales incentive program.
Responsibilities:
- Grow professionally and personally
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records in CRM based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Process and contact incoming leads providing technical data and support
- Source freight quotes and adjust product pricing based on delivered price
- Provide technical support to potential and existing clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Assertive, sales-focused personality
- Experience marketing and selling via social media
- Technical experience in logistics, marketing, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, and/or other modern media

Product lines include natural pond treatments, dyes, clarifiers, algaecides, aquatic herbicides, liners, and biological treatments. We sell a wide variety of fountains, aerators, and lights as well.
