Creative and Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a part- to full-time Creative and Marketing Intern to join our never-boring, team-oriented, and fun work environment. Whether you’re passionate about marketing, corporate communications, design, or all of the above – at CRC, your only limit is yourself.

Our team will be enlisting your help in day-to-day projects involving online/print/social media, communications, awards/rankings, media relations, events, pitches/presentations, and other promotions. We have the talent and tools to develop your skills AND further your career: from designing animated online ads to writing attention-grabbing press releases, you’ll broaden your creative portfolio and deepen your understanding of real-world marketing applications.

Essential Duties

Wondering what the day-to-day looks like? As a Creative and Marketing Intern, you could be:

• Copywriting, designing, printing, assembling, and packaging brochures, awards, pitches, presentations, advertisements, brand materials, and other marketing collateral;

• Identifying, maintaining, and performing updates across several websites, to include creating and interpreting Google Analytics and Google AdWords reports to maximize SEO;

• Drafting posts and developing content strategy for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts;

• Developing and implementing creative outreach and leasing campaigns, including guerilla marketing tactics, social media contests, referral programs, renewal strategies, and online advertising;

• Soliciting, art directing, and managing project photography and associated photo/video shoots;

• Planning charity events, project milestones, company meetings, and community engagement;

• Maintaining accurate company statistics and databases of project information, awards, rankings, proposals, photos, quotes, and letters of recommendation; and

• Performing general administrative tasks including data entry, mailing, copying, vendor management, invoice processing, storage management, and other support as needed.

We are if you’re in the process of completing college (or are a recent graduate) with a positive attitude, a demonstrated work ethic, and a passion for learning. We are if you’re open to performing a wide range of marketing and administrative duties; are highly organized, comfortable handling multiple high-priority tasks, capable of interacting effectively with high-level/senior leadership; and are a strong writer.

Though all applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are marketing, journalism, graphic design, or communications majors, and/or have a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit. Property management, real estate, construction, architecture, or engineering interest is also a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
