We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is a lifelong learner and excited about data, research, and education. This critical role will be accountable for developing global campaigns for Lumivero & our products, from strategy to final marketing execution. This role requires confident leadership of integrated campaign execution to take our brand, products and experiences into market.   

This position requires proven expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to promote our programs globally. The role is ideal for a confident and proactive self-starter who already has significant all-around marketing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.  

This role is full-time, exempt, and remote. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.  

Key Responsibilities  

Strategic Planning & Project Management  

  • Develop and execute against a lead generation strategy aligning to business goals.   

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure delivery on time and within budget.  

  • Create and maintain a global marketing calendar for demand generation accessible to all teams with global and local assets. 

Global Marketing & Campaign Management 

  • Support sales and development teams pipelines in global regions, including but not limited to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia.  

  • Run high-impact campaigns and experiments, from idea to execution. 

  • Manage development of creative assets for region-specific, geo-targeted marketing campaigns, initiatives, and new content launches.   

  • Develop and perform integrated marketing plans across digital and direct response channels to achieve the target number of inquiries.  

Data Driven Decision Making 

  • Leverage insights into our websites/landing pages, free trials, etc., to drive experiments and growth. 

  • Interpret analytics to inform marketing plans, tactics, and creative initiatives.  

  • Understand how to apply market and audience insights to established product positioning, call to action, and key messages that speak to the target audience in B2B and B2C channels.  

Collaboration & Performance Optimization 

  • Partner with all Lumivero Marketing Channels including community for product branding and strategy.  

  • Lead and collaborate across functional teams to enhance customer experience at each stage of their user journey.  

  • Orchestrate with internal team members to optimize performance across channels.  

  • Identify product mix and cross-/up-sell opportunities across channels to deliver against growth initiatives.  

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field of study.  Candidates can substitute equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.  

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years of relevant Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing experience. Global B2B experience preferred.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Skilled at delivering effective, polished presentations to audiences at all decision-making levels. 

  • Demonstrated track record of executing under tight deadlines. 

  • Able to adjust to changing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.  

  • Track record of strong project management skills and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strategic thinker who can evaluate and initiate new business opportunities to drive business growth.  

  • Positive attitude and an optimistic mindset. Thrives in a multitasking, entrepreneurial environment.  

 Salary 

  • $100,000. - $130,000 annually 

  • This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus
