Inbound

Communications: Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively, addressing

concerns and providing solutions.

Policy Crafting: Design and propose customized insurance

policies tailored to the specific needs of each client's business.

Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand

client coverage and enhance their insurance portfolios.

Client Relationship Building: Foster strong,

long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and

loyalty.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about developments in the

commercial insurance sector and provide expert advice to clients.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: 2 Years previous experience in an independent insurance agency.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional

service and building lasting client relationships.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication

abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid

remote work environment and collaborate with team members.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to

provide innovative insurance solutions to clients.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance-related
