Health and Beauty Wholesale Distributor located in Deer Park, NY is currently seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company offers a friendly, family-like work environment that is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position with potential for growth.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

The job duties for this position include:

Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and foster relationships with new accounts.
Identify leads and potential business opportunities.
Reach out to current and potential customers via calls and emails, including engaging in cold calls.
Answer phone calls and communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize ERP system for entering orders and following up with customers.
Assist with general office-related duties and support other team members as needed.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
English and Spanish Professional Proficiency
Ability to confidently speak with clients
Determined, Responsible, Punctual, Quick Learner, and Organized
Basic Computer knowledge is required
Prior Account Executive/Customer Service/Sales experience is a Plus but nor required (We provide training)
Prior ERP/Accounting/Sales software experience is a plus but not required (We provide training)
