Proposal Writer
**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting and be adept at crafting compelling proposals that secure contracts and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and write high-quality proposals for government contracts, ensuring compliance with all solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
- Analyze solicitation documents to understand client needs and develop tailored responses that highlight our unique value proposition.
- Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including planning, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in accordance with specified guidelines and requirements.
- Continuously improve proposal writing processes and strategies based on feedback and performance outcomes.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
-Keen eye for layout and formatting
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, English).
- 5-10 years of experience in government contracting, with a proven track record of successful proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Asana software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Education Required:** Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or Journalism experience
