Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Accountant to join a great team located in Gilbert! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for the company as well as handle month-end close.

Responsibilities:

Issuing customer sales invoices and entering in QuickBooks
Entering Accounts Payable invoices in QuickBooks
Making payments (Suppliers, payroll, taxes)
Entering bank transactions into QuickBooks
Entering journals in QuickBooks (including payroll, depreciation, tax)
Managing credit-card and debit card transactions reports
Implementing and adhering to financial controls that are consistent with Group’s accounting policies/controls
Scanned/Printed Physical Booking for CC and DC
Invoices/Payment Physical Booking

Qualifications:

4+ years of previous experience in accounting or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related is required
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
