As an Internal Marketing Specialist at Advisor Insurance Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and building relationships with financial advisors. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, establishing meetings for the Marketing Team, managing the sales pipeline, and providing support to the new business team. Job Description:
As an Internal Marketing Specialist at Advisor Insurance Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and building relationships with financial advisors. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, establishing meetings for the Marketing Team, managing the sales pipeline, and providing support to the new business team. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings to engage with financial advisors.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to schedule and coordinate calls and meetings with advisors.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with advisors after meetings and case presentations to maintain engagement and address any questions or concerns.
- Keep the Marketing Team accountable to activity and follow-up by effectively managing the sales pipeline and providing regular updates on progress.
- Attend weekly meetings with CEO and President of Advisor Insurance Solutions to discuss activity, follow-ups, and strategies to drive growth and improve effectiveness.
- Provide support to the new business team by assisting in obtaining necessary information from advisors when required.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years recent industry experience (Required)
- Licensed in life and health (Required)
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
- Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
- Embraces working on a team
- Strong communication both verbally and written
