As a Communications Coordinator at TMZ Events, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our brand's voice and messaging across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website.
Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities for brand promotion and reputation management.
Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Manage social media platforms, engaging with followers and monitoring performance metrics.
Support marketing initiatives by providing communications support and materials as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights to inform communication strategies.
