This role demands a professional who is adept at navigating complex scenarios, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving projects to completion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role, responsible for project planning and implementation.
- Executive Presence: Very strong executive demeanor with the ability to influence and engage senior management.
- IT Infrastructure Background: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and its strategic importance to organizational success.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple medium to small projects concurrently, demonstrating excellence in planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Experience in a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in Risk Management and Cybersecurity.
- PMP Certification.
- Knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) are highly favored.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with healthcare applications is a plus.
- Oversee the planning and execution of strategic IT projects, from initiation to completion.
- Manage all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct risk analysis and management, implementing effective contingency and change management strategies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, managing both internal resources and external contractors/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.
