Job Title: Account Manager (Multifamily Industry)
Location: Tacoma Metro area
Salary: $75K - $105K combined base salary and expected earned commissions from awarded sales

Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts in the multifamily and HOA industry. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the multifamily and HOA industry.
- Route sales to visit and set appointments with prospect accounts and existing client base
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the multifamily industry preferred.
- High energy and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
