Responsibilities

• Creating and managing social media ad campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics
• Optimizing ad content based on data insight/SEO
• Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall goals
• Reporting on key performance indicators

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, experience with ad management tools like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads and a knack for interpreting data to drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience in managing social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance is essential
• a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Certifications in social media marketing or digital advertising can also be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for collaborating with team members and presenting findings to stakeholders.
