Sales and Marketing Manager Job Description:

Lawns of Dallas is a premiere full-service landscape company in the Dallas Metroplex. Locally owned for over 40 years, we are a full-service landscape design, build and maintenance company.  The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing the marketing activities of the company, and ensuring the overall sales goals for the company are met.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will report to the President.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales goals of the company
• Lead the sales team, by providing guidance and support to help them be successful
• Help ensure our team is providing an excellent sales experience with clients
• Plan and oversee the marketing plan to promote our services
• Monitor tactics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results
• Manage online presence and reviews
• Monitor the sales and marketing budget, analyze ROI and optimize spending
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
• Set individual and team goals and provide regular feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the field services or construction industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online branding
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Track record of building and managing successful teams
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools
• A passion for growing a business, customer service, and helping people succeed
