Job Summary This is a full -time, typically day shift position. The hours of work are generally 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., but may vary depending on the needs of the program. Minnesota State Operated Community Services (MSOCS) is seeking a dedicated human services professional to supervise and lead direct care staff employed in a MSOCS residential home for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnosis and/or brain injury. The Community Residential Supervisor will develop, implement, and evaluate residential services programs. This position will supervise 1 or more homes in Duluth, MN. Responsibilities:
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Supervisory or other leadership experience OR completion of leadership development program (L4, Emerging Leaders Institute, or 1 year serving as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) Chair or Co-Chair at Department of Human Services) AND 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic, residential, or corrective environment providing counseling, rehabilitative patient care, or direction of client care programs.
