Job Summary The Minnesota Department of Health is seeking a passionate team-oriented professional to lead, plan, and administer communications and outreach activities for the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Section. In partnership with the MCH Section manager and Division Communications Coordinator, Key responsibilities include:
The position will be based out of MDH St. Paul office location and is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Occasional travel to in-person meetings, training, and conferences is expected. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume/application clearly describes your experience in the areas listed below and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held. Two (2) years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, graphic design, or public relations and include:
Minimum Qualifications to be assessed at interview:
Master's degree may substitute for eighteen (18) months of experience; bachelor's degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience; Associates degree may substitute for six (6) months of experience. Preferred Qualifications
