As program coordinators, we oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of a program within an organization. We are often employed by education, healthcare, or non-profit organizations. Our job duties vary largely depending on the field in which we work: a healthcare program coordinator's day-to-day tasks will be very different from an education program coordinator's. In the broadest terms however we aim to ensure that the program runs smoothly and we are often entrusted with making some higher-level decisions.
