Salary and Benefits: 
Depending on experience $55,000–$70,000

Full-time employees are eligible to receive the following benefits: medical, dental and vision. AZCIR will cover 70% of health benefits, and 30% will be deducted from the employee's payroll on a semi-monthly period. Other benefits include employee-sponsored 401(k), non-matching retirement plan and access to employer-sponsored (employee paid) short and long term disability insurance. In addition, benefits include access to employer-sponsored (employee paid) basic life and accidental death insurance. There are 10 paid vacation days, five sick days, 12 paid holidays and five paid personal days to be taken the final week of the year. Precise days off are subject to staffing schedules and the executive director’s approval.
