Santa Cruz is the smallest county in Arizona, yet the impact of government decisions can have outsized ramifications on this border community's school districts. For example, studies show that English learners assimilate more effectively when schools respect their culture and native languages. Yet Arizona clings to its decades-old English-Only law. Salary and Benefits:
$40,000 - $45,000
All full-time employees are eligible for company benefits, including vacation (accrued at the rate of .0231 hours worked, excluding overtime). We also offer health, dental and vision benefits, sick leave, company holidays and a 401(k) plan after 90 days. Work-related mileage is paid at 32 cents per mile.
