Executive Assistant to the Publisher & CRO, SVP of AtlanticLIVE, and SVP of Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support The Atlantic's Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer,the SVP, Partnerships, and the SVP, AtlanticLIVE. This person should be based in New York. The assistant will need to be exceptionally organized and communicative, a masterful problem-solver, and a collaborative team player.
You will:
- Represent the Publisher and The Atlantic brand with external parties via email communication, phone calls, and in-person engagements
- Manage coordination of schedules and meetings and spearhead travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
- Coordinate team meetings: prepare agendas, facilitate pre-read documents, take notes, and actuate follow-up items
- Receive and handle confidential information, and maintain confidentiality of private and sensitive information
- Coordinate knowledge management by maintaining databases, shared drives, and slack channels as well as acting as a go-to cross-teams communications hub
- Perform assorted administrative tasks such as expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and miscellaneous errands as needed
- Daily interaction across all levels and roles at The Atlantic, particularly among the marketing, sales, and LIVE teams

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects
- A calm, cool, and collected mind—a constitution that affords “grace under fire”—coupled with a personality inclined toward perpetual positivity and kindness
- Ability to adapt and think quickly in an environment of change
- Experience with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Keynote
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Industry experience: Publishing and/or Media
- The conviction that high-quality journalism is fundamentally important—and the desire to help it thrive
Salary Minimum: $60,000, Salary Maximum: $75,000
