309 Marketing is actively seeking an ambitious, experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our rapid agency growth. Within this role you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining prospect and client relationships, effectively identify business needs and objectives, collaborating with internal team members to develop customized client solutions, and increasing overall agency revenues as a result of these efforts.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Prospect and contact both current and prospective customers
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and objectives
- Promote the company’s products/services while addressing identified objectives
- Create / customize sales materials to present to customers
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients and prospects
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenues, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to internal teams
- Conduct follow-up appointments and educate clients related to performance reporting
- Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term trust and rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
