Account Executive, (Performance Marketers)&Outbrain is seeking a results-driven Account Executive for our performance marketing team.
Entrepreneurially-spirited, you will be responsible for driving revenue from the most tactical, smart, and bottom-line focused set of marketers by leveraging tools from the industry s leading content recommendations and native advertising company.&For this position, we are committed to finding a consultative dealmaker with the ability to manage existing advertisers, source new accounts and build a revenue pipeline, turning prospects into partners.

2-4 years of experience in digital sales or account managementThis person wants to learn the tops of what it takes to be a top-seller in digital advertisingStrong understanding of all performance KPI s including CPA, CPL, ROASExperience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaignsProven delivery against set performance KPIs e.g.
leads, conversions, downloadsStrong contacts in the affiliate and direct response marketing world&Excellent presentation skills and a background in relationship-buildingAbility to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads, pursue and closeSolid understanding of digital marketing trends and ability to explain product benefits in detailExperience in structuring and negotiating deals in the digital media spaceStrong analytical skills necessary to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generated reportsBA/BS degree
