&Our new Performance Publishers and Search global team is seeking an energetic, customer- and data-obsessed Customer Success Manager to support our growing team.
You ll work closely with a close-knit, global team as well as various internal stakeholders to help lead the success of our clients' Outbrain campaigns and provide thought leadership on content amplification strategies and optimization.
You ll build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with executive stakeholders and savvy media buyers leading the fast-growing industry of Search Arbitrage.

&Responsibilities:In your first month, you should find your bearings, begin to grasp the Outbrain products and start to build key internal and external relationships.
You should feel comfortable navigating our internal systems and will start communicating with clients.
You ll be responsible for the planning, implementation, reporting and optimization of campaigns.Within three months, you ll be the day-to-day contact for a global book of clients, helping them achieve their KPIs and developing data-driven optimization strategies.
You will be recognized for campaign successes and own failures.After 6 months, you ll be an essential member of the Performance Publisher & Search team, substantially contributing to the team s success by managing the daily workflow for your client accounts.
At the end of your first year, you will be an important part of Outbrain: as a valued colleague in our fast-growing team and as an expert in content and performance marketing.
Your knowledge and expertise will help you support your team and customers in all aspects.&&What you ll need to be successful:You have 1-3&years of account management (or similar client-facing role) experience in digital advertising.Previous experience in a social/native/display ad platform, agency or affiliate network is a plus.Previous knowledge of the digital arbitrage model is a major plusA hunger to crush revenue goals, and are comfortable working with autonomy as well as part of a teamAn analytical disposition.
