We have an exciting opportunity with our partner in Chagrin Falls. An Administrative Assistant is needed to fill a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule meeting and coordinate conferences
- Produce sales proposals, spreadsheets, office forms, and contracts
- Assist clients with cash flow and net worth analysis
- Create financial plans
- Maintain social media sites
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management
- Must have previous Accounting experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and QuickBooks
- Must have accurate typing and data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
- Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
