As part of our mission, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and deliver on our creative strategy.
As a Growth Operation Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of developers using our product and own creative creation via our technology.You will have the opportunity to grow in creative consultancy and education and to follow and define the latest trends in game marketing.
You will also be gauging how customers currently use Luna, the technical challenges they face, any technical needs they have playing a crucial role in our customer feedback loop.ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, grow relationships and spend with key mobile gaming clients by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations and the upsell of additional Luna productsPartner with our Technical Integration Team and Leadership team members throughout the relationship to ensure the best possible experience for your clientsManage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunitiesServe as the product expert by educating clients on Lunas new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizationsIncrease user adoption and engagement of Lunas self-service platform (Playground)Become a trusted advisor on any number of industry topics (Luna, FB, iOS 14 update etc)Identify creative trends and opportunities in gaming / growth marketing with an understanding of automation and the&Design, build and manage a creative process for internal teams and customersMaintain a deep understanding of Lunas suite of products.RequirementsUnderstanding of mobile gaming user acquisition strategies and KPIsUnderstanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystemStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insightsStrong communication skills; both written and verbalStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management on a global level (internally and externally)Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changesCuriously creative always seeking new opportunities and ideas to help our customers unlock performanceExperience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.BS/BA degree in business, mathematics, science or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience2+ years experience in the digital media or gaming industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related fieldAdvantageA passion for technology and gamingKnowledge of Unity is a benefit#pando
