Cella is looking to hire a Photo Producer for a well-known retail company in the Bay Area.
In this role, you would manage studio operations for internal and external productions by coordinating studio floor resources (for example, talent, crew members) and activities.
You would also be responsible for collaborating with photographers, stylists, and contractors to execute product and lifestyle photography, video, or other digital media. Photo Producer Responsibilities: Scheduling models and maintaining organization over guests/workers on-site Track finances and monthly costs to ensure that expenses and budgets are being maintained. Maintain sample inventory and metrics.

Vet and select freelance photo crew members. Obtain on-location options related to the service needed. Maintain and ensure style guides are followed and update best practices as needed. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others.
Provide support and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Identify business needs, and determine and carry out necessary processes and practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the company mission values and business standards. Partner with imagery production to ensure alignment of post-production resources. Communicate photoshoot progress with business partners/creative teams and proactively address any issues on shoot. Past experience utilizing research and data to identify improvement opportunities. Demonstrated ability to root out causes for concern on projects/team and proactively adjust as needed. Share updates and information with cross-functional teams to improve performance and ensure a smooth workflow. Familiarity with project management skills like time management, deadlines, and goal/task setting. Comfortable addressing the concerns and issues of internal and external customers/members.
